桂平市“魅力桂平•喜迎国庆”摄影展览征稿启事

        为充分展示桂平市近年来经济社会发展所取得的新成就、新变化、新形象，桂平市委、市政府决定举办以“魅力桂平•喜迎国庆”为主题的摄影比赛和作品展览活动，庆祝国庆64周年。现面向市内、外广大摄影工作者和爱好者征集作品，诚挚欢迎社会各界惠赐佳作，踊跃参加。
一、组织单位
1．主办单位：中共桂平市委员会、桂平市人民政府。
 
2．承办单位：中共桂平市委办公室、桂平市人民政府办公室、中共桂平市委宣传部、桂平市文学艺术界联合会、桂平市文化和体育局。
 
3．协办单位：桂平市摄影家协会。
 
二、征稿主题
 
       征集反映近年来桂平市在工业、城市、旅游、农业以及社会等相关内容建设成就的摄影作品。突出以项目建设这一载体，充分反映全市人民群众的劳动成果。（拍摄题材请参考附件2）
 
三、征稿细则
        1．本次大赛面向社会征稿，市内外摄影工作者和爱好者均可投送作品。所有作品要求是本人原创，且风格独特、个性鲜明、富有时代感，内容健康向上，具有较高的摄影艺术水准。
 
         2．本次大赛每个参赛者最多投稿10张单幅作品。作品必须取材于桂平市境内，且为彩色，谢绝组照。作品创作时间越新越好，而且必须是2011年1月1日以来拍摄的作品。
 
        3．本次大赛作品设五个类别，分别为“工业发展类”、“城市发展类”、“旅游发展类”、“农业发展类”和“社会发展类”。同一作者可以报送多种类别，但同一作品不得重复报送不同类别，组委会有权调整作品的类别。
 
        4．本次大赛同时接收纸质来稿和电子文稿，纸质来稿要求用10寸相片纸打印，一式两份，并在相片背后标注：“序号+作品类别+作者姓名+作品标题”。电子来稿要求使用JPG格式，请使用“序号+作品类别+作者姓名+作品标题”作为图像文件名。
 
        5．投稿者请认真填写报名表，（见附件1）与纸质和电子文稿作品一起分别报送到桂平市委办公室综合股以及桂平市文联办公室（电子文稿不用报送市文联）。

        6．作品投稿截止时间为2013年9月15日。
 
        7．本次大赛不收取参赛费，不退稿。　
　　　
　　8．投稿作品要求真实记录，除构图所需的裁切外，不得对原始影像画面内容进行增加或删减。对影调和色彩等的适度调整，以不违背被拍摄对象客观真实属性为准。
 
         9．投稿者应保证其为所投送作品的作者，并对该作品拥有独立、完整、明确、无争议的著作权；投稿者还应保证其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的合法权益。
 
        10．所有被评为优秀奖以上的作品，主办单位有权用于展览、出版物、媒体网络宣传等，不署名，不再支付稿酬。
 
        11．本征稿启事解释权属于主办单位。凡投稿者，即视为其已同意本征稿启事之所有规定。
 
四、作品评选
 
         1．本次大赛拟在每个作品类别中分别设置一、二、三等奖以及优秀奖，其中，每类评出一等奖1名，奖金1000元；
         评出二等奖3-5名，每名奖金500元；评出三等奖5-8名，每名奖金300元；
         评出优秀奖若干名，每名奖金100元。
 
          组委会将根据实际来稿情况，对各类入选作品数量设置进行适当调整。所有入选作品的作者，将由主办单位颁发荣誉证书。
 
          2．主办单位将对获得三等奖以上的摄影作品在今年国庆节期间在桂平市文化广场展出。

2．学校建设、保障性住房建设、市人民医院江北新院建设、市中医医院综合楼建设；
